On Sunday May 5, gardeners ranging in age from 4 years old to senior citizens gathered to set our intentions to make Shandaken Community Gardens a place of beauty and bounty. A gracious and generous space to nourish the community.
Hojin Osho, a priest from Zen Mountain Monastery offered a poem as part of a dedication service she led at the garden that day. Heartfelt thanks to Hojin and to everyone who participated in that beautiful event.
